Virginia Cycling and Pedestrian Awareness Week Dates Set for 2010

Virginia's first-ever Cycling and Pedestrian Awareness week was a resounding success in 2009. Walks, bike rides, media events, and employer activities were held across the state to raise awareness of safe practices for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Help us have an even better year in 2010. Join in, have an event, communicate the messages in your community or spread the word through some creative means. We need your help. Awareness week is September 12-19, 2010. Call or e-mail to get involved.
