Please consider joining us at the 8th Annual Virginia Bike Walk Conference as an exhibitor or sponsor.  While the theme this year is pedestrian safety, the conference will encompass many elements that make Virginia more accessible to both pedestrians and bicyclists.

The conference is being promoted to a wide variety of interests, including state agencies, local government, affiliated non-profit organizations, and user groups.  As an exhibitor, you will have a unique opportunity to promote your organization and products to an audience with a keen interst in making their communities safer and more accessible to pedestrians and bicyclists.

Sponsorship opportunities also exist for the conference.  We are seeking financial support for meals, the opening reception, printed materials, speakers, workshops, and scholarships for university students and other qualified individuals.  A full list of sponsorship opportunities can be found here.

The exhibit fee covers the cost of the exhibit space, registration for one representative to the general conference and a technical workshop, and meals.  The conference format will provide you with opportunities to interact with attendees on April 30 and May 1.  The exhibit space is located in the lobby of the hotel so visibility for your group will be fantastic!  On Sunday evening, April 30, we will kick off the conference with a reception to highlight the exhibitors.  Exhibit space is limited, so reserve early!
